King County’s Photo Archives – Check Out Your Home’s History!

The King County Department of Assessments shows new and archive photos of King County properties.  It has been fun to look at the old photos of our properties, and I wanted to share the website with you.  Some of the photos date back to the 1930’s so it can be interesting to look at how the home evolved over time.  To look up your home, go to the following website and follow the instructions below.

http://info.kingcounty.gov/Assessor/eRealProperty/default.aspx

1. Enter your property address or Tax ID number.
2. Once your property information comes up, click on “property detail” in the top right toolbar.
3. Next, scroll down and click on the camera icon.  It should be labeled “Click the camera to see more pictures.”
